The thickness of the filter cake, washing series of the counter-current, vacuum degree and the cloth speed arbitrarily can be adjusted to achieve the best filtering effect.
In the process of filtration, by multi-stage co-current and counter-current washing, the washing is thorough and the mother liquor and the washing liquor can be collected and reused according to related requirements.
The control system of the vacuum belt filter has applied DCS technology, so it can be controlled automatically on the spot or remote.
